Return & Exchange
Receive Wrong Product:
If you receive the wrong product, please refrain from using it and contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange for you.
Receive Broken Product:
Do not use the product as it may pose a safety risk. Take pictures of the damaged item and contact us right away. We will promptly ship a new one to you.
We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, there are circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather and traffic conditions, that may cause delays.
We kindly request your understanding if there is a delay of 1-3 days. If the delay exceeds 3 days, we would like to offer some form of compensation. Please contact us in such cases.
If you encounter any functional issues with the product, we accept returns or exchanges, depending on your preference.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it Within 24 hours of the expected delivery, please do the following actions & measures stated below:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. e.g. neighbor, other members of the household.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
If you have completed these measures, then please contact our support team as soon as possible,
